We Lets go and build it mostly sell pre-owned Lego which therefore may show some signs of general wear and tear, unless stated otherwise.

We try to be fair when describing items and therefore will disclose anything that we feel is more than general wear and tear.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help, please contact us before returning any purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Any purchase must be returned in the condition it was sent along with any original packaging.

Any purchases returned will be checked before a refund is issued.
